Version 10.14 of the macOS operating system, introduced in 2018. Mojave features new desktop backgrounds. Dark Mode provides a white on gray mode, and Dynamic Desktop actually changes the appearance from dawn to dusk. Stacks organizes the desktop by automatically organizing files into groups. Finder offers more insight into files. For example, the Preview pane shows complete metadata and lets users scroll through files more easily. Editing can also be performed without opening an application.
There are new screenshot recording options, and iPhone photos can automatically appear on the Mac screen. Mojave supports up to 32 people on FaceTime, and the News, Stocks, Home and Voice Memos apps from iOS migrated to the desktop. The Mac App Store was redesigned in conjunction with Mojave, and privacy and security were enhanced. See
