Definition: war texting

Hacking cellular-based networks used to assist drivers. For example, General Motors' OnStar and BMW's Assist use the cellular network to send text codes to the vehicle to open the door when drivers lock themselves out. If the codes are hacked, a text message can be sent to unlock the car.
