Vehicles) Tesla's planned robotaxi service that uses the vehicles of Tesla owners when not in use. Competing directly with regular taxis and self-driving taxi services, SAV is designed to use the vehicle's autonomous driving mode that does not require a human driver at the wheel.
When Tesla owners park their cars and put them in SAV mode, the vehicles become available for taxi service, and if used, fees are split between Tesla and the owners.
