Search modifiers express a more precise search in Google. The three most popular modifiers are quotes, minus sign and "or." For example, to search for Android smartphones only, the search is quoted as in
"android smartphones." To search for smartphones while excluding Androids, the search would be
smartphones -android. To search for Android and iPhones, the search would be
