There is a huge variety of Windows PCs on the market, and an entry-level PC would have a slower CPU and minimum amount of RAM, storage and screen resolution. Although suitable for Web surfing, email, word processing and basic business tasks, the machine would be sluggish for graphics-intensive work and would perform a lot more slowly than a high-end PC.
