Tesla's LCD Screens
The top image, which shows the vehicle's relationship to the cars on the road, is the dashboard directly in front of the driver. The big screen provides the navigation and entertainment.

Introduced in 2021 and powered by NVIDIA GPUs, the OLED Hyperscreen creates a dashboard more than four and a half feet wide. See

Much Less Complicated Years Ago
This is from a page in the owner's manual of a 1955 Chevrolet. Although cars were designed with a lot of flair in that decade, their dashboards were very simple.
