(Ziff Davis Enterprise Inc., New York) A leading integrated media company that offers a variety of publications and services in the information technology field. Its offerings include both print and Web-site versions of the venerable eWeek, along with Baseline, CIO Insight, Channel Insider, Web Buyers Guide, Developer Shed and others. Its properties were acquired from Ziff Davis Media in 2007 by Insight Venture Partners, creating a new organization for the IT-oriented sites, while Ziff Davis Media retained the consumer sites.

Ziff Davis Enterprise also produces IT events, including CIO roundtables, conferences, workshops and focus groups. In addition to the brand marketing on its websites, it provides content syndication, lead generation and Webcast services along with virtual tradeshows, the latter simulating a face-to-face event over the Internet.
