Definition: V.110

An ITU standard (1984) that specified how data terminal equipment (DTE) with asynchronous or synchronous serial interfaces could be supported on an ISDN network. V.110 used rate adaption, which involved a bit-by-bit alignment between the DTE and the ISDN B channel.
