Drawing power from a USB connection. Launched in 2007, USB Battery Charging was the first USB power specification. Battery Charging was fixed at 7.5 watts, 5 volts and 1.5 amps. See USB Battery Charging and poweredUSB.

USB Power Delivery (USB PD)
In 2012, USB Power Delivery was introduced by the USB Implementer's Forum (USB-IF). USB PD enables charger and receiver to negotiate the required power, which increased from 7.5 to 240 watts by 2021. See also poweredUSB.

These logos indicate that the USB port supports Power Delivery. The numbers are the SuperSpeed version (see USB).
