Definition: Tillamook
The code name for a Pentium MMX CPU from Intel designed for notebooks. It was the first Intel chip to use .25 micron technology (down from .35). It required only 1.8 volts rather than the 2.45 volts needed in Intel's previous Pentium chips designed for portable use. Introduced in late 1997, the first Tillamook models ran at 200 and 233 MHz.
