Definition: T-RAM


(Thyristor RAM) A static RAM (SRAM) technology from T-RAM Semiconductor Inc., Mountain View, California that provides higher densities than the common static RAM chip, which uses six transistors (6T SRAM). T-RAM is based on the Thin Capacitively-Coupled Thyristor (TCCT) process. See thyristor.
