Definition: ShowStoppers

A technology showcase founded in 1993 by Steven and Robert Leon and Daniel Janal where several dozen select vendors exhibit new and innovative products to the invited press. ShowStoppers events are often held during the same week as major trade shows such as the Las Vegas-based Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).
