A cryptocurrency sidechain that adds smart contracts to Bitcoin. With a higher transaction speed than Bitcoin, a two-way channel is created between Rootstock and Bitcoin, and BTC coins transferred to Rootstock become native RTC coins with the same value. Rootstock uses its own miners to maintain the security of the chain. See
