Definition: Roblox
An extremely popular computer game creation system from Roblox Corporation. Introduced in 2006 by David Baszucki and Erik Cassel, gamers use the Roblox Studio development system to design the gaming experiences. With more than 150 million monthly users, games are programmed in the Lua language, and Robux is the virtual currency for in-game purchases such as avatars, gear and accessories. Parental controls can limit what children can access on Roblox.
