(Received Signal Strength Indicator) A measurement of cellular signal strength. RSSI is the measurement of received power from the cell site combined with noise and interference. It is represented as a negative number of deciBels per milliwatt (-dBm), with a good RSSI above -90 and a poor reading generally below -110.
