A streaming service for smartphones that was founded in 2018 and shuttered in 2020. Meaning "quick bites," Quibi was designed to deliver 10-minute videos to people who had only a short time to watch such as standing in line, riding a bus or having a coffee. The COVID-19 pandemic lessened the need for this service because people have been at home with hours to spare. Watching a movie or episode from a series is a lot more enjoyable on a full-size screen.
