Definition: Photopea
A full-function image editor for Windows and Mac that is operated entirely online via the Web browser. Developed by Ivan Kutskir in 2013, Photopea is available for free with ads and limited storage or paid without ads and more storage. The "Photo" in the name reflects its support for Photoshop's layered PSD format. For a fee, organizations can host the application on their own servers. See Photoshop.
