A PC with a built-in TV tuner. A PC/TV is typically an earlier computer with a graphics card that accepted analog TV from cable TV, a VCR or a camcorder. Such "video graphics cards" connected to the video source via RCA phono or S-VHS jacks. DVR software may also have been included that recorded programs on the hard drive. Today's TVs receive digital TV from the Internet as well as via stand-alone adapters that pick up digital TV from a cable box or over the air. See
