The next family of AI chips from NVIDIA. Superseding Blackwell, Rubin is expected in 2026, with an Ultra version the following year. Rubin will support HBM4 memory. The name comes from American astronomer Vera Florence Cooper Rubin, who pioneered work on the rotation rates of galaxies. See
