Jetson Orin SoC
The 64GB Jetson AGX Orin system-on-chip (SoC) contains four ARM CPUs, 4MB of cache and the Ampere GPU. The GPU comprises 16 streaming processors (SMs), each with 128 CUDA cores, four Tensor cores and 192KB of L1 cache. It is pin compatible with the earlier Xavier SoC with eight times the performance. Jetson Orin Module
The Orin module also includes the Orin SoC, USB, PCIe and several I/O interfaces. It also includes memory and eMMC storage.
