Definition: IMTC

(International Multimedia Telecommunications Consortium, San Ramon, CA) An international membership organization founded in 1993 as Consortium for Audiographics Teleconferencing Standards (CATS). IMTC contributes to the development of and implements the standards recommendations of the ITU for data and videoconferencing.
