After products are sent to Amazon's warehouses, Amazon ships the orders and handles all customer service including returns. Vendors can let Amazon do all the advertisement, or they can use their own websites for ordering and let Amazon do the fulfillment.

There are people who spend their lives roaming the country in RVs and vans looking for items on clearance racks or in stores going out of business.
