(2) (DEX) (Digital Employee Experience) The tools and practices in a modern digital workplace. A comprehensive DEX approach supports remote work with performance monitoring and a help desk that serves all IT categories. Evaluating employee satisfaction is also a factor in the digital employee experience.

(3) (Samsung DEsktop X) A feature of Samsung smartphones that turns the phone into a desktop Android computer. Starting with Android Pie in the phone and DeX software in the computer, apps can be opened side by side, and although apps may be optimized for DeX, most Android apps work as well. In addition, various client virtualization products such as Citrix Receiver, VMware Horizon Client and Amazon WorkSpaces allow a copy of Windows to run within the Android/DeX environment.
