Starting with Windows 10, the Current Branch (CB) is the latest Windows update, whereas the Current Branch for Business (CBB) is deployed a few months after the CB to ensure that it has been more thoroughly tested in the user environment. For special-purpose medical computers and other highly critical applications, the Long-Term Servicing Branch (LTSB) deploys only urgent security patches. See
