Definition: ContraGoogle

(CONTRAdictoryGOOGLE) Slang for the overwhelming amount of contradictory information provided on Google results pages. Google bots continuously scan the Web for data, but the Google search engine does not verify that the billions of results it delivers every day are accurate. However, the same goes for Bing and every other search engine.

Users have to determine on their own if the data are factual. Never before in history have people been able to access the world's information in a heartbeat, but very few wish to become a research analyst to know whether the answers to their questions are accurate or not.
