It operates in the same 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands as Wi-Fi 6E but Multi-Link Operation (MLO) enables devices to transmit over multiple bands simultaneously. With a maximum speed of 46 Gbps, Wi-Fi 7 uses 4096QAM for four times Wi-Fi 6 modulation and double channel widths from 160 to 320 MHz. See
