Internet service delivered wireless to the home via 5G transmission from a cellular carrier. 5G Home Internet is a "fixed wireless" service that uses an indoor or outdoor 5G antenna to access the cell tower. The gateway provided by the carrier becomes the home's wireless router and creates the Wi-Fi hotspot. Depending on the traffic or time of day, the transmission may throttle down to 4G LTE. See
